Longevity and precision-based results are integral features of our equipment. However, occasional errors and faults in the working of a lab instrument cannot be ruled out. To amend these issues, you can rely on our experienced and responsive customer service department. We stand by our products and want to make sure you are completely satisfied with us. If some reason you are not satisfied with the products, upon returning the merchandise back to us, we will give full refund without any questions. We continually introduce new innovative products, however if you think of something new which will make your work easier, please let us know we will try our best to make the item for you.

For any operational errors, you can contact our customer care representative and they will assist you for troubleshooting the problem. We also provide services for installation of equipment, assistance with the lab equipment setting, and repair works. By providing our representatives with the model number and the serial number of your product, you can avail the quickest service to get your instrument up and running. After repairing the instrument, if the problem persists we will happily replace the instrument with a new one.
