At Pioneer Scientific your satisfaction is very important to us.

We strive to ship the highest quality products to our valued customers. If your order is not to your satisfaction or is damaged in shipment, please contact us for replacement within 2 weeks of receipt of your order.

All returns must accompany a Return Authorization (RA) #. You may call/fax or email for a Return Authorization #. This is to insure tracking of your product and prompt replacement of you item. RA # will be issued within 2 weeks of receipt of product. Orders must be returned in original packaging along with receipt.

Certain items carry a 1-year warranty (warranty information located under item description). If these items need repair/replacement, please call for Return Authorization #. We will ship replacement upon receipt of returned item.

Refunds: Refunds are available for items returned within 30 days and which are accompanied with a RA# that was issued within 2 weeks of receipt of item. No refunds are available after 30 days or for items returned without Return Authorization #.

Items with warranties retuned after 30 days will be replaced. There are no refunds for warranted items after 30 days.

All orders are shipped via UPS unless otherwise requested. Additional shipping charges may be required for express shipment. If you receive an order that has been damaged, please call/fax/email us immediately so we can replace your order.
